Does An Inducement Need To Be Disclosed?
An inducement to a contract that causes a buyer and seller to enter into a contract must be disclosed. A Commission reduction from the listing agent, selling agent or both needs to be in the contract. The amount does not have to be but it is good to put it in so there is no discrepancy in regard to the amount. If a Home Warranty is offered by either listing or selling agent, it needs to be in the contract. A reduction in commission before listing the property does not need to be disclosed. http://www.realestateresource.tv
