Lower Inventory in Ohio’s Housing Market is Creating Shorter Time on the Market

Ohio’s Housing Market comparison from January 2013 and January 2014 shows that lower inventory is helping keep list prices up and time on the market shorter on average throughout the State. The lower inventory in almost all Ohio Markets except for the Dayton and Springfield is helping Sellers get off the fence about selling by seeing that list prices are up. http://www.realestateresource.tv
