What Does Ohio Law Require When A Licensee Becomes A Buyer Or Seller?

When a Licensee becomes a Buyer or Seller they cannot be a Dual Agent in the transaction. When listing a property the licensee if they decide they would like to purchase the home they have listed cannot represent the Seller and themselves in the transaction.
