Can You Represent A Buyer On A Property You Used To Have Listed?

Yes, you can represent a buyer in the purchase of a property you had listed.  The Listing Agent will represent the Seller.  You still have fiduciary duty to the Seller. Fiduciary duty would be anything confidential between you and the Seller needs to remain confidential. If the Seller told you what they would accept for the property, you cannot disclose this unless the Seller told you it is alright to tell your Buyer. I would always want this in writing from the Seller. http://www.realestateresource.tv
