Coming Soon and Pocket Listings Raising Legal and Ethical Questions!
We are seeing more properties lately that say Coming Soon. With Coming Soon signs Realtors should have the listing. We are also seeing properties that are Pocket Listings for the office. While in most cases these are legal and ethical. There are situations where Realtors can run into issues with the NAR Code of Ethics and the MLS rules.
